Sourcing only the best cacao and other premium ingredients and producing in Switzerland, Scottish company Chocolate and Love is a premium, organic, Fairtrade-certified, ethical, dark chocolate brand. The, family-owned company by Richard and Birgitte O'Connor (a chocolate-loving Scot and a foodie Dane), has now won 31 awards for taste having just picked up another 6 Gold Great Taste awards in the UK and two Academy of Chocolate Awards.

Our executive chef, Marco Corsica, has introduced a brand new selection of seasonal Spring dishes to mark the beginning of the new season; enjoy Asparagi di Stagione con Mimosa e Tartufo Nero , New season asparagus with Mimosa eggs and black truffle, Risotto al Vegetali di Prima Vera , Risotto with Spring vegetables, and Insalata di Puntarelle e Acciughe, Punarelle salad with anchovies.
