In honour of the Chelsea Flower Show, our executive chef has created a special dish capturing the taste of Italy with a fresh & floral twist.
The Fiori di Zucchini Ripieni, Baked Courgette Flowers are stuffed with Ricotta & fresh Truffles, served on a bed of pea purée. Our delicate starter will be available for the duration of the event, with 10% of the proceeds donated to The Royal Horticultural Society.
